Advanced SQL

Finally, we’re back! We have a new line-up for this year's “competence gatherings”. Starting things off is Webstep’s own Reynir Hübner on the theme Advanced SQL.

This online event will focus on explaining important features, methods, and possibilities with the most common SQL databases used today.

Hold on, because we are going to cover a lot:

• Order Of Execution
• Increasing readability of complex/large queries
• Data-aggregation
• Window functions
• UNNEST - or other types of columns with structured data

Reynir’s relationship with SQL goes way back, almost 25 years. Over the years, he has covered a wide variety of areas, from DB2 on AS/400 and MS Access, to Oracle, MySql, Sybase, MsSql server, as well as many NoSQL databases. He has also been a member of a data-engineering team and worked with bleeding edge big data solutions.
